One of the biggest enemies today considering planning your training or deciding what your diet is gonna look like is overloading with information especially from the internet.

How often have you found yourself starting a training program or nutrition plan and after a week or so you stumble on an article on the internet that made you question your decisions?

I bet very often!

Make it clear to yourself what your goal is! Burn fat, built strength, become leaner or faster, etc. Start programming your schedule by taking advice from an expert or from your own personal experience. Give it time to grow by being consistent and honest. Stop having doubts after a week or two. Trust the procedure and learn how to have fun with it.
